We believe all people should move through the world on their own terms. The 3i's have it covered! 3i HoME is dedicated to developing affordable and accessible permanent supportive housing with self-directed home and community-based supports for people with disabilities. Our work is driven by our "3i's": Independent living through Innovative technology in an Integrated community-based setting As a member of the 3i HoME Panel of Advisors has stated: "Little imagination is required to understand how housing-related challenges that are part of daily life can influence physical and mental health." The 3i HoME will, in our view, reduce homelessness, isolation and complex health care use through a comprehensive Housing + Services approach. Savings to the health care system and a better quality of life can be achieved. At 3i HoME, we believe everyone has the right to be safe at home.

INDEPENDENT People with disabilities who find themselves challenged to complete activities of daily living are at risk of institutional placement well before their time. Our residents will be empowered to manage their own lives in a supportive accessible environment.
