A Resource Network for HBCU Students Established in 2024 Ron Smith Scholarships Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation that awards scholarships to undergraduate seniors and finalyear graduate students enrolled at Historically Black Colleges and Universities HBCUs. Scholarship awards are based on unmet financial need and are a last resort resource necessary for graduation.
