Looking forward to seeing you at our upcoming Spring Tour at the Confluence and surrounding riverfront area in Hastings on May 14! We are excited to introduce another one of our speakers, Cathy Undem! Cathy manages the Environmental Assessment Program at Dakota County and administers the Redevelopment Incentive Grant program in collaboration with the Community Development Agency. She has worked on brownfields, environmental investigations and site cleanups for more than 30 years in private industry and government.
