IGNITE.TRANSFORM is a mental health program that utilizes counseling and fitness as a tool with the love of God to transform lives. We work with all women many who have financial hardship and are struggling to overcome mental health issues or lives impacted by loss, addiction or abuse. Our purpose is to help women in Central Indiana rewrite their personal story of brokenness to a story of hope, transformation and wholeness. We walk beside women on their personal path of healing.
