Section 1 – Mission Statement: Earl Legette ES PTO is organized to support the education of children at Earl LeGette Elementary by fostering relationships among the school, parents, and teachers. Section 2 – Purpose: Earl Legette ES PTO is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code or any corresponding section of any future tax code.
