Through diverse programming, virtuoso performances, both sustaining new community outreach events, CCMF seeks to make classical music accessible to an audience of diverse identities and abilities. CCMF promotes classical music as a way to strengthen bring together various sectors of the community and to facilitate an exchange between artists from other areas of the country residents of eastern North Carolina. With the goal of educating youth and providing opportunities for audiences artists of all identities to be partners in the musical experiences, CCMF annually presents a variety of community engagement educational events serving specific groups such as seniors, youth, and adults with disabilities.
