Inverness Garden Club of West Marin Jump to navigation Friendship Community and Gardening The Inverness Garden Club of West Marin located on the San Francisco Bay Areas beautiful Point Reyes peninsula was founded in 1934 by 19 women sharing a general interest in gardening. Todaythe club has over 100 members from West Marin the Bay Area and beyond. We are a nonprofit corporation with 501c3 status organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes assuring donors that gifts and dues are fully taxdeductible. Together in friendship we work to The West Marin Scholarship Program formerly the Inverness Garden Club Scholarhip Fund now operates as a separate organization and has a new website.
