We are a non-profit that seeks to guide conversations related to ethnicity and culture towards meaningful growth and healing. 3L Cultural Intelligence Group exists to develop cultural intelligence in individuals and groups. We help people recognize how cultural biases hinder authentic Christian community and the mission of the Gospel. Training and Coaching leaders in ministry and the market place to leave, leverage and love all cultures well.
