Ensuring a Brighter Future for Jazz. The American Jazz Music Society was founded by a group of musicians jazz enthusiasts committed to ensuring a place for the disappearing art of Jazz in the future as well as support for its artists. The organization drives the support of jazz music culture and the education of young people to spark jazz appreciation and its popularity for generations to come. The Society is a California nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California under section 501C 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
