Change Starts With Us We are an organization committed to helping everyone find and seek out their individual life gifts. There continues to be a huge gap between the median wealth held by Black families in 2019 averaging 17000 yearly income and White families 171000 average yearly income which is a ratio of 10 to one. The disparity continues and resources are still needed to decrease this race based gap in wealth. Providing more resources generated by a community of givers encourages information sharing and decreased opportunities for lack of information.
