Through our networking and fundraising initiatives, we aim to support local animal shelters and rescues; help provide necessary emergency medical and training resources for hard-to-place animals; as well as aid pets whose owners are struggling to care for them due to financial or medical hardship. Since COVID, we have seen an increased need to help fixed and low-income owners -- particularly the elderly and those on disability - provide vital medical care to their pets in order to keep them in loving homes rather than entering the over-burdened shelter system.
