Provide counselling direction and advice to the homeless on how to secure housing Conduct job training and teach skills that help secure jobs VISION In December 2007 I saw a vision of a story building with a signboard that read Recovery Institute. When I entered the building I said to myself loudly This is not a church. It became clear to me that as an organization we are going to have community involvement outside the walls of a church.
