Columbia Future Forge
The Columbia Future Forge is a non-profit in Clark County, Washington that gives teens job and life skills through mentoring and training. Our culture has changed dramatically in the last 20 years. Although many advances have been beneficial, statistics show that some have not. Less teens are leaving high school with job experience and a clear sense of what sort of career might bring them joy. The Forge was birthed out of a desire to be a bridge that supports teens and young adults as they seek to discern their next step toward meaningful employment and a fulfilling life.
