NOC Society Needs of the Community NOC Societys mission is to offer one a kind programs that support the needs and members of the community. Camp Without Bordersis a free travel program for young adults 18 to 35 years old with medical illnesses and disabilities. This inclusive program addresses issues of social emotional and physical isolation. On our trips participants will have an opportunity to develop genuine friendships with their peers.
