Award winning non-profit, volunteer-based rabbit rescue in Mill Valley, CA (San Francisco area) SaveABunny is an award-winning, 501(c)(3), nonprofit rabbit rescue organization based in Northern California. Since 1999 we have been involved in the rescues of 5,000 rabbits. Our mission is healing and transforming the lives of rescued rabbits and their human guardians by connecting through trust and unconditional love. Every rabbit rescued is promised a happy, safe life – even if they aren't adopted and become sanctuary residents. This life long commitment is an essential and very unique aspect of our organization. While we rescue a majority of healthy, adoptable rabbits we specialize in healing abuse, trauma, neglect and life-threatening medical or behavioral issues. We witness heartbreaking situations that no animal should have to endure. And we witness many incredible miracles.
