Santa Clara Womens League Santa Clara Womens League Our Fundraisers and Activities The Santa Clara Womens League was founded in 1983 when funding for the Senior Center Health Wellness Program was in jeopardy. A group of Santa Clara women started raising funds for the Program by putting on an oldfashioned melodrama SHOWTIME. In March of each year that tradition continues and the Santa Clara Womens League is the primary sponsor. We gather donations produce and sell tickets and volunteer at the two performances.
