Connecting Communities in the Northwoods of Wisconsin through Silent Sports Recreation The Three Eagle Trail Foundation is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to creating the first alternate route between the communities of Three Lakes and Eagle River Wisconsin. The Three Eagle Trail is a 12. 7mile linear park connecting the two communities of Eagle River and Three Lakes Wisconsin. Offering fourseason silent sports recreation opportunities to locals and visitors alike has been the central goal of this project.
