El Paso Music Teachers Association The El Paso Music Teachers Association EPMTA is a local affiliate of the Texas Music Teachers Association and the Music Teachers National Association. The purpose of MTNA is to advance the value of music study and musicmaking to society and to support the professionalism of music teachers. Monthly programs and business activities are designed to help our local teachers. In addition many student activities are available for student participation throughout the year.
