We connect veterans and transitioning service members to the next chapter in their lives. Founded by a group of military veterans, Military Transition Assistance Inc. (MTA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides resources and tools to increase personal and professional development amongst our military community. We aim to connect our veterans and transitioning service members with prospective employers who will place them into competitive yet complementary positions. With this, we also hope that by placing veterans into civilian occupations, we will begin to see an ease in staffing issues as a result of our fluctuating economy.
