1. Each month we take over $1,300 in gifts down to the patients at Spaulding Rehab Hospital. Our gifts include giant teddy bears, plush animals, note cards with stamps, gripper socks, chocolates, and toys. 2. We're working with area universities to bring assistive technology to a broader base of the disabled population. 3. We're joining with the Central Mass Safety Council (CMSC) to offer $1,000 in grants ($500 from Cecropia Strong and $500 from CMSC) to people with disabilities who are trying to get their license back. 4. We support four universities and hospitals offering group aphasia therapy in Eastern Massachusetts. 5. We offer grants for disabled adults to take therapeutic horseback riding lessons at Windrush Farm in North Andover, MA.
