Were holding your hand while youre holding theirs. The Tender Loving Care Foundation is a 501c3 notforprofit organization that was started by parents of graduates of the Neonatal Intensive Care Units NICUs within the Northwell Health System. Members of the TLC Foundation are deeply committed advocates for future parents who normally have no idea what to expect when informed that their newborn baby will need critical care or will need to be housed in a NICU. TheFoundations primary goal is to see that the NICUs evolve along familycentered care ideals.
