CHICAGO CAT CHICKS

Follow Message Edit

Our mission is to end euthanasia of kittens in Chicago. We will provide round the clock care for neonatal kittens & alleviate the kitten population of CACC by building the Chicago Kitten Nursery. We will serve as a triage center & nursery with fosters and rescue partners. We will also help give more time to the adult cat shelter population by caring for & adopting out cats thru the Windy Kitty Cat Cafe and fosters. CCC teaches & hosts workshops on bottle baby care, TNR, fostering cats/kittens & more. Last but not least, we will temporarily board & care for a limited number of cats belonging to people staying in domestic violence shelters. Too many people stay in danger for fear their pets will be hurt. We aim to alleviate that stress for them & work closely with DV shelters in Chicago.

I work in a nonprofit and listing our organization on Eduo.org helped us reach new audiences and even new volunteers. It’s easy to use and feels built with love.
