SERVICES ABOUT US VOLUNTEER SUPPORT CONTACT More MID SHORE MEDIATION Serving Residents and Businesses in Caroline Dorchester and Talbot Counties OUR SERVICES MEDIATION We offer confidential and voluntary mediation services to help resolve disputes and conflicts between parties in a neutral and nonadversarial setting. Our mediators are trained volunteers who facilitate communication and problemsolving strategies to find mutually acceptable solutions. YOUTH SCHOOLBASED PROGRAMS Our mediators work with students teachers and parents to reduce violence and resolve conflict by providing a peaceful collaborative problemsolving process. Students are referred for voluntary mediation services by school staff and frequently request Peace Team services themselves.
