We are a nonprofit whose goal is to share a moment of joy with those struggling with memory loss or long-term illness. We do that through the gift of recycled flowers delivered with a smile and friendly conversation. Bluebirds & Blooms creates joy and connection for those living in care communities through the gift of recycled flowers. We do this through a network of volunteers and in-kind donors by: - Accepting donated flowers from floral providers and individuals, supporting sustainability - Creating bouquets for individuals residing in memory care, hospice and other care communities - Delivering floral bouquets with a smile and friendly conversation, helping to build connection and reduce isolation
