West Contra Costa - Division 58 | Home Home In 1968 our division became the 58th to affiliate with CalRTA. We now have over 600 members most of whom live east or north of the Bay Bridge in Alameda Contra Costa and Solano Counties. The majority of our members are proud retirees of the West Contra Costa School District. Please support our efforts to protect education and the retirement benefits of all current and retired educators.
