To assist participants with acquisition, repairs or new home construction.2.  Home Ownership CounselingTo provide practical training and counseling in home ownership, financial responsibilities, and home maintenance to families; as an all inclusive program. 3.  Community Development FocusTo engage participants in local communities in active community development through volunteer efforts, and financial support to help families in the community.
