Project 43 is Transforming the Community of Los Angeles Meet Ann Cooper Ann is a much loved and respected resident of the Hyde Park section of Los Angeles. However her reach extends beyond her native South Los Angeles. Ann recognized needs and embarked on a mission to raise the quality of life for Angelenos across the city.
