Community Kidney Care developed a mission to cultivate healthier communities by advocating, mentoring and promoting early detection of disease in order to assist community members in becoming more knowledgeable about prevention and management of various diseases that lead to Chronic Kidney disease. Our organization helps to improve overall well being, with an emphasis on educating community members about the importance of lifestyle management through a holistic approach. Participants learn to incorporate holistic ways to adopt lifestyle changes for improved health by actively engaging in Community Kidney Care’s disease prevention health services and participating in various community health initiatives.
