Life of Joy Foundation, Inc. Holistic Support for A life of Joy We foster a holistic approach to mental health. At Life of Joy Foundation we recognize that theres no universal trigger or solution to depression anxiety and suicidal ideation. Seeing that each persons recovery entails a unique healing process and often requires an extensive support team our foundation aims to nurture mental wellness and prevent suicide by serving as a link to integrative care of mind body and spirit and as advocates with our collaborative network of resources community engagement and cost assistance programs. By fostering this holistic approach we believe we can help more people overcome their struggles and build a sustainable life of joy.

Our next LOJ Teen Support Group meeting is Monday, July 21st at Shiloh Center Farms (across from Lake Waterford Park in Pasadena) at 7:00pm ❤ While not group therapy, this is a safe space for teens ages 13-17 to engage in healthy dialogue and activities around mental health and life's challenges.
