The British Virgin Islands Help and Care, Inc. is organized and operated exclusively to raise money and awareness for (i) victims of the September 2017 hurricanes who are in need of financial assistance to rebuild their homes and/or small business, and (ii) to assist and support ongoing local endeavors designed to maintain the culture, environment and local ownership of the British Virgin Islands
