The Cannabis Trail/TCT is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to educate, celebrate and preserve Northern California’s cannabis heritage. Northern California is where the battle for legalized cannabis began in the USA. There's an important story behind it of human rights, patient access, & compassionate activism. The Cannabis Trail honors the pioneers, places & significant historical moments that paved the way for the legal cannabis access we now have in California & in many other states in the USA. The Cannabis Trail will eventually wind its way from Santa Cruz, CA to Weaverville, CA. It will attract travelers, history buffs, cultural connoisseurs and cannabis enthusiasts seeking a memorable, educational, immersive experience deep within the world-famous Emerald Triangle Region.
