We want to "inspire through Generosity" + Each year many talented students pursue secondary education, some with initial financial support
+ However, they arrive at college with very little ongoing support
+ If they are the first to go to college, their family may not know how to support them
+ Being smart and motivated is not enough
+ Without additional financial and coaching support, many talented
students will not finish their education
Leader Foundry is here to bridge the gap for these students.

Our Mission The Leader Foundry is dedicated to identifying and developing the next generation of leaders through scholarship and mentorship opportunities. We are a group of likeminded individuals at an Automotive OEM who decided we could make a difference in the lives of local students by providing support and care for those who are underserved. We believe that by removing financial roadblocks and providing experienced guidance many future leaders who may not otherwise graduate college and provide a greater impact to their community.
