Atlanta Wood Foundation is a 501c3 in Urban Forestry. We turn downed or fallen trees into usable lumb Our mission is to foster and promote Urban Forestry and the use of low-cost Urban Lumber, by salvaging fallen, dead and unwanted trees that would otherwise end up dumped into a landfill or left rotting in the urban landscape. Urban Forestry is an environmentally friendly way to source lumber and reduce waste. We aim to provide a sustainable, renewable resource for local craftsmen at a lower cost.
