The Greater New Orleans Hotel and Lodging Association is a membership-based, not-for-profit, private association representing the hotel and lodging industry in the Greater New Orleans area. THE GREATER NEW ORLEANS HOTEL-MOTEL ASSOCIATION SHALL BE THE PROFESSIONAL TRADE ASSOCIATION OF THE LODGING PROFESSIONALS OF THE GREATER NEW ORLEANS AREA. IT SHALL REPRESENT THE LODGING INDUSTRY AND PROVIDE A MEANS TO FURTHER PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGE, AND PROFITABILITY OF THE MEMBERS. IT WILL PROVIDE A MEANS OF COOPERATION AND CAMARADERIE WITHIN THE INDUSTRY AS WELL AS A PUBLIC AWARENESS EFFORT OUTSIDE OF THE INDUSTRY.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning at the @interconnola for our interactive workshop, Building an Inclusive Coaching Culture, led by the incredible Lisbeth Ceballos. Attendees explored the differences between coaching, mentoring, and teaching, and learned how to “coach in the wild” with a focus on hospitality. The session offered practical tools for supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders to build stronger teams and a more inclusive culture.
