Please join us in welcoming Charlotte Epps and Jesse Hendryx-Dobson to the Oregon Black Pioneers team. Charlotte is our new Letitia Carson Legacy Project Manager, coordinating the activities of the LCLP as it brings forward the legacy of this important pioneer. Jesse is our Education Manager, bringing OBP’s services to K-12 students and teachers statewide.
