Our mission as a nonprofit organization is to provide premium educational support to all Philadelphia PA residents. Yet we are not limited to services, we strive to provide tools, (books, school supplies, and technology). VUOTS's believes that if Philadelphian's are equipped with educational support, they can increase their fundamental knowledge and skills. Which will support our economy, and our city's growth within our micro communities.
