TAKE YOUR PLACE INC

Take Your Place, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides STEM curriculum to underrepresented young women in the Chicagoland area. These courses are offered via workshops and summer camps. Take Your Place, Inc. strives to offer programs and services that increase underrepresented girls’ exposure, understanding and participation in the STEM fields. Take Your Place, Inc. services girls ages 6 – 12 with programs that are designed to introduce, intrigue and enhance underrepresented girls’ skills in the STEM fields, while promoting critical thinking and advanced study skills. Take Your Place, Inc. recognizes the need for underrepresented girls to have the opportunity to enhance their exposure to the STEM fields, and has taken on this challenge as their mission.
