"The Voice That Matters For Foster Youth" We serve abused and neglected children by empowering volunteers to advocate for them in the court system. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to recruit, train and support volunteers to advocate and speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the foster care system Through our network of trained volunteer advocates, CASA of Fresno and Madera Counties works to ensure that the needs of foster children are given a voice and to ensure that they have that same opportunity at the happy, healthy, and successful future that every child deserves.
