Leap provides top quality, hands-on arts education programs that help elementary students build skills to achieve their fullest potential. Leap believes every child deserves access to the powerful developmental benefits associated with arts learning and exposure to caring and committed creative artists. Leap Arts in Education was founded in 1979 to respond to severe cuts in California school budgets that effectively eliminated the arts from elementary education. We serve children and schools in the San Francisco Bay Area.
