Old South Haven Presbyterian Church is a community of faith whose members, with open hearts and open minds, are committed to a reformed and reforming theology, care and concern for one another, and inclusiveness in membership. Old South Haven is a peace and justice church with a history of over 300 years working for human rights and dignity. At a meeting of the congregation held on June 13, 1774, the members "voted and agreed that the Act of Parliament for blocking up the port of Boston, is unconstitutional, and has a direct tendency to enslave the inhabitants of America." The church remains committed to involvement in community issues and working to alleviate human suffering in all parts of the world.
