Delta Chinatown Initiative Our Mission Delta Chinatown Initiatives mission is to ensure the residents businesses and visitors of San Franciscos Chinatown are safe and thriving. Our Work To combat the rise of hate crimes in the AAPI community Delta Chinatown Initiative was formed to deter crime support law enforcement hold law enforcement accountable and to ensure the rights of victims are protected. We continue to be a voice in the community to advocate for public safety. Additionally we are supporting the most vulnerable populations in San Francisco families living in Chinatowns single room occupancies SROs with a specific emphasis on the children growing up in these cramped environments.
