Pasadena Recreation & Parks Foundation Together We Can Make a Difference Who We Are OUR MISSION The mission of the Pasadena Recreation Parks Foundation is to increase access to and support the development sustainability and resilience of parks trails green space and recreation programs to advance the health and wellness of our youth families and community. OUR VISION The Pasadena Recreation Parks Foundations efforts will result in expanded opportunities for the community to engage enjoy exercise and explore our natural environment recreation programs and available amenities. OUR KEY VALUES OUR PURPOSE The Pasadena Recreation Parks Foundation was established in 1979 to support the City of Pasadena with enhancing its recreation programs maintaining its green space and improving the health and wellness of all that come into contact with both. This foundation exists to provide philanthropic support and advocacy in accordance with our mission and vision that magnifies the impact of the City of Pasadenas Department of Parks Recreation and Community Services resources while making green space health equity and program access a true and tangible reality for the community.
