Get Ready! Spring Spruce-Up: April 19 This year, we will participate in Medford's Citywide Clean-up event by hosting volunteers at the Brooks Estate on Saturday, April 19 from 10 am - 12:30 pm. Key areas to spruce up: Along the Grove Street Wall Along the boardwalk, near the pond Along the trails We will provide some supplies (including rakes, trimmers, trash bags, and gloves), but we also ask that you bring your own yard tools if you have them. Lunch will be provided. 🌿 Spring is an exciting time! And here are the steps M-BELT has taken this month to continue our work at the Brooks Estate: - Worked with Arts Collaborative Medford Medford to start the process of donating the Telephone Booth (see more about this in February's newsletter!) - Formed plans for archival projects to preserve and share our local history materials - Moved forward the Access Drive Improvement project, with updated bids and designs - Finalized 2025 Membership Launch resources and materials (see more about this in your email inbox very soon!)
