Bluegrass Literacy Project Mission The Bluegrass Literacy Project is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to improving English language literacy among the youth of Kentucky. inspiration Our founder Tara Singh first qualified for the Scripps National Spelling Bee when she was seven years old in 2013. Tara39s love of words led her back to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in 2015 2016 2017 and 2018.
