The 2024 Youngs Camp was a tremendous success, bringing many young Haitians closer to God. This achievement was made possible through the collaboration between Haiti Endowment Fund and Maranatha Church. We extend our heartfelt thanks for the prayers and support from everyone involved. SUMMER UPDATE- We recently hosted 240 youth on the campus for our annual Youngs Camp. Thank you to the leadership and those involved in running the 4-day camp! This is a huge undertaking!! This summer we also hosted multiple VBS day-camps in remote villages, as well as several VBS in churches for the children. Our women’s conference was a huge success and all Glory to God for allowing us to host over 250 women on our campus. These summer camps have been an integral part of HEF and the Maranatha Churches for over 25 years! Children, women, men, and youth look forward to attending these camps every summer and the opportunity to draw closer to God, spiritual growth, and fellowship with friends! In May HEF sponsored a Teacher’s Appreciation Day for the Maranatha Schools. Over two hundred teachers participated in the special luncheon banquet that was hosted on our compound. Each teacher was blessed with a special gift. HEF also sponsored the Maranatha School annual Science Expo in Hinche. Students K-12 participated in this awesome event! We want to thank Marie for working so hard to make these events a success! July is going to be a busy month. We will be hosting our annual HEF/Maranatha village-VBS day camps plus our annual 4-day kid’s camp on the compound. Please keep Iliobert, Marie and their team in your prayers. We have a busy summer planned with camps & Conferences! We trust God is moving in Haiti in spite of its many challenges and recent sorrowful events that have taken place.
