The Mission of the Ethiopian Community Organization is to bridge the gap created by language and cultural barriers, which prevented Ethiopian refugees and immigrants access to health, social, and other services that are available to them; to transmit cultural values, promote economic and social development for the benefit of Ethiopians living in Portland and its vicinity.
