WELCOME WAY The Inchelium Cultural Research Center or ICRC is a communitybased library and archives located on a federally recognized reservation serving the Inchelium area. We have made great strides toward the protection and preservation of our Upper Columbia River cultural record documents materials and photographs of which are locally accessible to community patrons. These will be made available for viewing inhouse to community members and researchers. Presently we are relocating to a larger more centralized facility to better protect our growing collection.
