NAPD is a Bakersfield-based 501c3 nonprofit serving adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities since 1973. "Making A Difference Daily!" NAPD provides quality services to people with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities. We offer programs, advocacy and skills that empower our clients to live more productive, rewarding and independent lives, fully integrated into the community. We are inspired by a common purpose of " making a difference daily."
