First Lutheran Church Portland
Providing quality childcare since 1970, FLCP offers a warm, safe, fun and loving environment for ages 1 year to 12 years. The "Give a Child a Chance" project team partners with families from the surrounding community who can pay some preschool tuition, who do not qualify for state support for the preschool experience and who cannot afford to pay the rest of the preschool tuition by themselves. We provide tuition support for the child/children which in turn develops shared responsibility for the cost of tuition to attend preschool.
