Vestavia Lacrosse Organization (VLO) seeks to promote the sport of lacrosse in the community of Vestavia Hills. Lacrosse is expanding in popularity across the region and the VLO wants to support that momentum in our community. TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE IN THE GAME OF LACROSSE IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT ENCOURAGES THE DEVELOPMENT OF CORE SKILLS AND FUNDAMENTALS. THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF VESTAVIA HILLS LACROSSE ORGANIZATION IS TO FACILIATE AN INCREASE IN THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, SPORTSMANSHIP, AND SELF-ESTEEM IN EACH PARTICIPANT.
